I’m still in the same ward, just in a different zone now. Our ward is doing good. We did service this week with a less active family that has 3 mentally special people and have very little means to support themselves. We deep cleaned and painted a room and 2 bathrooms in their house and a bunch of the ward came to help us. I think one of my favorite parts of being a missionary is service projects. When you help someone you feel so clean a useful and you love them. I love my ward and never want to be transfered!
We had stake conference this week and our mission president went and 2 members of the seventy. The messages they all shared were centered in the family and living the Gospel in your home so your kids learn from example how to have a testimony and be able to share it. They shared quotes from the Proclamation for the Family too and it was awesome. I know that the most important work we do is within the home. Its important we learn to share our testimonies with our family.
